Since taking the helm as CEO in 2021, Al has been instrumental in formulating high-quality business strategies that align with the company’s short-term and long-term goals, ensuring robust growth and operational excellence. Under his guidance, the company has flourished, securing a backlog of $75 million in contracts through strategic alliances and adept management of the SBA’s All-Small Mentor-Protégé Program.
Before his current role, Al served as Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for advancing the company’s market position, developing strategic plans, and significantly enhancing revenue streams.
